Northfield and Rotary Demographics

Northfield is increasingly diverse, but it is still about 82% white.  Our Rotary club is similarly getting more diverse but is not as diverse as we would like it to be or as we expect it to be in the future.  

Our DEI -- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion -- Committee will be facilitating round table discussion on our area demographics, opportunities and challenges.
