A youth and her dad have a fresh set of wheels thanks to Rotary.

Our club has accumulated a collection of bicycles over the years, thanks to generous donations from Rotarians, host families,
community members, and member Barb Wornson's brother in Iowa who shipped several bikes our way when a call was put out that we needed bikes for our inbound exchange students. Recently, our Youth Exchange Officer Jesse Steed felt the crushing weight of that cumulative generosity as his garage became overcrowded, and he contacted several community partners. The Key presented a need and Rotary happily obliged, sending two bicycles their way.
"I love seeing the generosity of our community put to good use," said Steed, reflecting on potential uses for the remaining bikes in storage. With more bikes than exchange students, Rotary stands ready to engage more community partners to put the bikes to good use.
