Climate in the News:
- As drought continues to grip Wyoming and other states, crop production is impacted. It can get worse if more warming continues.
- Lake Powell, one of two biggest reservoirs in the US, on which some 40 million Americans depend, is at an all time low.
- Canadian smoke, Texas flash floods and heat waves - all predicted by climate scientists - are all happening together
- Mind blowing El Nino is coming with negative impacts around the world. It is made stronger by climate change.

Things we can all do to help preserve a livable world for future generations:
- Primary elections: if you haven't voted in the primary yet, please do so.
- November elections: Campaign for, contribute to and vote for candidates who promise climate action. We must get out of our comfort zones and take action for a better future for all.
- Talk to friends and family about doing 1 & 2. Challenge yourself, for kids sake, to do #2 like never before.
- Continue to work on decreasing your own family's carbon emissions and join Citizens Climate Lobby, if you haven't already.
